      2012年FDA批准了作用于中枢神经系统的新型减肥药盐酸氯卡色林(lorcaserin)上市,作为新型选择性5-HT2C受体激动剂,盐酸氯卡色林通过抑制食欲、增加饱腹感发挥减肥效果,并且还有效地避免了传统减肥药激动5-HT2B受体引起的心脏瓣膜病变及肺动脉高压,为临床治疗肥胖症提供了新的选择。本文就新上市的减肥药盐酸氯卡色林的作用机制、有效性、安全性等方面进行综述。
英文摘要:
      The FDA approved lorcaserin which acts in the central nervous system (CNS) for the treatment of obesity. Lorcaserin which is believed to act as an agonist at central serotonin subtype 2C (5-HT2C) receptors reduces food intake and increase satiety, leading to weight loss. Earlier antiobesity agents were withdrawn from the market because of an association with valvular heart disease thought to be caused by agonism at the 5-HT2B. Lorcaserin shows minimal activity at 5-HT2B receptor. Here we discuss the mechanism, safety and efficacy of lorcaserin.
