      【摘 要】神经病理性疼痛(NP)仍然是困扰临床医生的重要疾病,靶向神经传导干预效果有限且常伴中枢副作用。星形胶质细   胞介导的神经炎症在NP 病理演化中发挥重要作用,从而为NP 治疗提供了新靶点。本文重点概述了近年来脊髓星形胶质细胞   调节NP 的分子机制及中医药干预的研究进展,期望为NP 治疗及新药研发提供思路。
英文摘要:
      【Abstract】Presently, neuropathic pain (NP) continues to be a refractory disease. Interventions in pain transduction and transmission in   neurons have limited effect and cause central nervous system (CNS)?related side effects. Recently, it has been discovered that astrocytic?   driven neuroinflammation in the central nervous system plays an important role in the pathological evolution of NP, thus offering new thera?   peutic opportunities for NP?related neurological disorders. This article focuses on astrocytic?related neuroinflammation in spinal cord of NP   and progress of intervention with traditional Chinese medicine, thus, hoping to provide basics and ideas for the treatment and new drug   development of NP.
